Ive been a customer here several times and Ive never had a bad experience. I have minimal experience with computers (built my own pc but thats about it), and took my piano keyboard into there. They gave me advice on how to fix it myself for free. Even when im a paying customer, theyre always cheap, fast, professional, and polite. Especially after this last visit I dont think ill go anywhere else.

I brought my son's laptop in for repair. I came by late in the afternoon to pick it up, but the parts literally showed up as I was at the counter. Instead of making me wait until the next day, he said give me 30 minutes and come back. Laptop was finished and I didn't have to come back! They are very fair on their labor and parts prices as well. Parts+labor+new charging cord was around 50 bucks!

I am Proud to write this post. I recently took my daughters Chromebook to pc doc in Jonesboro and they said it cant be fixed, and started to try to sell me another laptop. Something inside me said go get a second opinion. So I took it to k13 computers and it was fixed and wasn't expensive to repair. It was quick that is where I will be taking my laptops when I need it repaired so happy I went with my instincts.

I took my brand new, and expensive GPU in today because the middle fan was making a very loud rattling noise. I was worried it was a bearing issue or something bad, and it turned out to just be a sticker from one of the other fans that had gotten pulled off and sucked into my middle fan causing the noise. They helped me out, and saved me a lot of money.

Associate was able to tell me on the phone that they had the cartridge I needed along with the price. They offer re-manned cartridges for less than half the price of a new one. Bring in your old one for a 5% discount and recycle at the same time!

Excellent customer service! We recently contacted K13 for our computer & in-house networking needs at our busy office, and they have gone above and beyond. They brought in & installed a new, faster server for our network. I was prepared for the worst... for our operating software to be off line for hours. Nope! They had everything back up within around 30 minutes. All of our work stations received a memory upgrade & windows upgrade. I can't tell you what a relief they have brought to us, all work stations work efficiently & MUCH faster. No more waiting... & waiting... while the computer thinks. If we have a problem, they are kind, patient & happy to help. (Bless their souls they have to be patient with me, I'm not tech savvy AT ALL) They are able to remote in from their office & solve most problems within a matter of minutes. It is a life saver. I would highly recommend K13 and their staff for you business or home!

Amazing prices super friendly. As a small business owner I've used my Epson workforce for year but to be honest the single catridges are expensive. I couldn't believe the low price when I called because no other store sold only cyan locally. I rushed over and my cartidge was waiting for me. The employee was so professional and kind. Will be buying all my ink from here.

I would personally recommend K13 to anyone shopping for any of their computer needs, whether it be shopping for a custom made gaming setup or upgrading their older hardware K13 is the place to go! I placed an order for a new gaming system for my sons Christmas present and K13 had the system built and everything ready to pickup the following day giving me plenty of time to get all of his favorite games downloaded so everything was perfect Christmas morning! I could go on and on about this company, however I’ll close by saying this; I originally started my PC search on the big box websites Dell, HP, NewEgg, etc... and then I remembered that K13 always donated so much equipment and man hours to the local St. Jude fundraiser here in Jonesboro.
